Born in Park Slope and raised in Rockaway Beach, Morgan Blittner launched his real estate career in Manhattan’s prestigious Chelsea district, where he quickly developed expertise in commercial investments and high-value condominium conversions. After joining his family’s firm, Blittner Realty, he refined his skills in complex deal structuring before relocating to Miami in 1999 to attend the University of Miami. He later earned his BA in Psychology and Art, studying ceramics and glassblowing under world-renowned artists in the Czech Republic and at Dale Chihuly’s Pilchuck School in Seattle—an artistic foundation that continues to influence his refined aesthetic approach to luxury real estate marketing.

Today, Morgan is a top-producing Realtor at Brown Harris Stevens, consistently ranking among the top agents within the company’s network of 2,500 brokers.
