Having been born and raised in Miami, Lisette Vigoa is very familiar with the “Magic City,” especially South Beach.
Her real estate experience began when she worked with Portofino Group, the developer of Portofino Tower, along with Jorge Perez of the Related Group.
Following her time with The Portofino Group, Lisette worked in the administration office of the Continuum until 2000, when she obtained her real estate license. At that time, she began working with a small boutique real estate office dedicated to the South of Fifth neighborhood. She worked with a team of licensed agents who were focused on the resales of Portofino. That soon expanded to all of the full services buildings South of Fifth, as they came up. Her work there involved hundreds of transactions, which provided a wealth of experience.
Over the past 22 years, Lisette has developed a well-rounded background in real estate. As a bi-lingual speaker (English and Spanish), she is especially adept at working with the abundance of Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers in the Miami area.
