Nicole
was born and raised in San Diego, California but has been coming to Miami quite
often since she was a very young girl. In June of 2024, Nicole made the final
move to Miami.
After attending The New School in New York, Nicole continued at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles where she received a degree in Liberal Arts and Fashion Marketing. She then began in property management and remodeling. Currently, Nicole manages
10+ luxury rentals all over Miami Beach and does luxury remodels/fix and flips in
a family business. She uses knowledge, experience and creativity in these
endeavors to find the best solutions for her clients, whether it’s buying,
selling, renting or investing.
Nicole’s
strong knowledge of the market from Aventura to Miami Beach, sharp negotiation
skills, and expertise in remodeling & renovation, makes her a perfect
choice to assist her clients in reaching their real estate goals. She always
has their best interests at heart and is available 7 days a week.
In
her leisure time, Nicole loves cooking healthy meals, spending time with her
family and friends, reading, walking her dog at the waterfront South Pointe
Park, and listening to all kinds of live music.
