in Israel and growing up in Connecticut and New York City, then moving to Miami

real estate sales, rentals & investments in Miami Beach (with a

he was a Director of Marketing, Promotions & Operations in the Miami
hospitality industry; that experience earned him a proven track record of
building, nurturing and leveraging long lasting and impactful business

I never worked with a realtor before but rest
assured, Micha was my first, and most likely last realtor because you don’t
need to look any further! He is IT. I stumbled upon him completely by accident
when calling to inquire whether a unit was still available. Although the unit
was already occupied, he offered his help and was very thorough to take down
all of my information, and preferences. Since I was somewhat picky about a
place I was looking for (allows pets, no carpet, in unit washer dryer), he
managed my expectations but delivered above and beyond. He is very responsive and a great communicator. He goes above and beyond to protect his clients and represent their best interests. He knows the south Florida real estate market like the back of his hand and helped me in negotiating a fantastic deal for my new rented apartment. I am planning on using him to represent me when I’m finally ready to purchase a place of my own since I know he will have my back and will fight for my interests.
