Previously, he was a Director of Marketing, Promotions & Operations in the Miami hospitality industry; that experience earned him a proven track record of building, nurturing and leveraging long lasting and impactful business relationships. If there we TEN stars review Micha deserve them all. I met Micha while hunting for a rental apartment in Miami Beach. While doing that Micha spend a great amount of time on educating me about the real estate market that is happening in Florida. I decide to buy instead of renting. He gave me a list of apartments and I fell in love with one on West Ave, Miami Beach. The sale didn't go through because of some technical issues. However, if I didn't have him as a realtor, I would've lost the down payment, as I had no clue of what I was truly purchasing because I live in NY. He went above and beyond and with an extreme professional demeaner solved and clarified all the issues. This shows how trustworthy he is in his profession. TRUST, this is a BIG thing when a realtor is not just trying to get a sale for themselves but looking for the best for client. This is your realtor. I am grateful I have him as my realtor and can't wait to purchase my apartment with him.

Micha was so wonderful to work with. Signing a lease not physically seeing something in person before hand isn’t easy, but he helped us find exactly what we were looking for extremely quickly! It made the process of moving to a different state feel much more seamless and way less stressful. The way he described the neighborhood and the buildings surroundings - I knew exactly what we were walking into; I felt like I had become extremely knowledgeable of the area too! :)

Micha was an excellent agent. He spent plenty of time with me going through listings to find the one that was right for me, and spending the time to visit them, and even going the extra step in finding out inside information about the building and units from other tenants. After closing the deal he did not disappear, he assisted with any questions and communications between myself and the landlord. I highly suggest him as your agent.

He made multiple trips to the leasing office of the property to resolve logistical issues with the property managers when they were not responsive to our calls or emails.

I never worked with a realtor before but rest assured, Micha was my first, and most likely last realtor because you don’t need to look any further! He is IT. I stumbled upon him completely by accident when calling to inquire whether a unit was still available. Although the unit was already occupied, he offered his help and was very thorough to take down all of my information, and preferences. Since I was somewhat picky about a place I was looking for (allows pets, no carpet, in unit washer dryer), he managed my expectations but delivered above and beyond. He is very responsive and a great communicator. He goes above and beyond to protect his clients and represent their best interests. He knows the south Florida real estate market like the back of his hand and helped me in negotiating a fantastic deal for my new rented apartment. I am planning on using him to represent me when I’m finally ready to purchase a place of my own since I know he will have my back and will fight for my interests.
