South Florida Real Estate veteran and market expert, Henry Paul, has joined the South Miami office at Brown Harris Stevens. With a dynamic, award-winning, nineteen-year, South Florida real estate career, Henry brings a wealth of knowledge that encompasses conventional residential sales, commercial real estate investment, property management, and property foreclosure and short sales.
Paul’s earlier career activities were in international trade finance and credit, commencing with Miami’s international banking community, and later working with Fortune 500 companies such as Coleman Co., Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), and The Stanley Works. His international business acumen and comfort in English and Spanish, provide a foundation to move confidently in Miami’s multicultural environment.
As a twenty-three-year resident of Pinecrest, his attention is directed to his community and to the surrounding areas of Palmetto Bay, Kendall, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and South Miami. As a combat veteran, he is active with the VA, and a supporting member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
His success is predicated on being a proactive and trusted advisor. He believes that this brings about his greatest reward: the client’s ultimate success. Paul realizes that interactions are based on trust, competence, capacity, and consistency. In addition, he understands that relationships cannot be momentary, but are ultimately nurtured over time.
