David Deza, the Managing Director for Brown Harris Stevens Miami, will oversee the firm’s Miami offices, including Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, and South Miami. With more than 25 years of experience in South Florida's real estate industry, he brings deep expertise in brokerage leadership, business development, and agent coaching.
Deza will lead recruitment, business development, and productivity coaching for BHS Miami, supporting agents across the region. He joins BHS following a successful tenure at Keller Williams and is known for developing talent and championing innovation, earning both regional and national recognition.

A Coral Gables resident and graduate of Florida International University, Deza’s roots in the community run deep. His career spans both real estate and finance, including founding a successful lending firm. Beyond his professional achievements, Deza is a father of two and actively involved in the community, serving as a wish granter for Make-A-Wish and supporting various local causes.
