after building more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, event
sales, and client relations. Her background has shaped a service-first approach

Originally from Barinas, Venezuela, she moved to Miami in 2009 and attended Civil Engineering school, where she developed an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. Today, Vanessa combines those qualities with a genuine passion for helping people navigate with confidence one of life's most important decisions. Vanessa is bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish.

Outside of real estate, Vanessa is a lifelong swimmer, marathon runner, and triathlete. Interests include endurance sports, swimming, marathon running, triathlons, hospitality, architecture, interior design, wellness, travel, and exploring Miami's vibrant neighborhoods and culinary scene.
