After
obtaining her BA from Tulane University and her MBA in Marketing from
Fordham University, Liz worked at many of NYC's top-rated advertising
agencies. She also worked in the marketing department of several blue
chip companies, including Merrill Lynch and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Liz's
marketing expertise gives her an advantage in terms of knowing what it
takes to effectively market and sell a property.
Liz is a Florida
native, born and raised in South Tampa, and currently makes her home in
Miami Beach. Her husband’s family has been a pillar in the Miami Beach
community for decades. The Lehrman Community Day School was named after
his grandfather, the late Rabbi Irving Lehrman, who led Miami Beach's
Temple Emanu-El for over 50 years.
Being an active member of the
South Florida community gives Liz personal knowledge of the local
schools, volunteer opportunities and the local job market. Liz
specializes in listing and buying homes in Miami Beach and the
surrounding communities including Brickell, Coconut Grove and Coral
Gables. Liz has put in the time and dedication to obtain several noteworthy certifications: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Probate Specialist (CPS), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certifications.
