Ingrid Sanchez is a respected member of the South Florida real estate industry with over two decades of experience in sales and management.
As Director of Operations, Ingrid is an essential member of the Brown Harris Stevens Miami management team. In that role, she touches nearly every aspect of the day to day business of the firm’s Miami offices, including managing the administrative staff, implementing and overseeing company procedures, reviewing contracts, and supporting the region’s approximately 200 realtors.
Ingrid has been an integral member of Brown Harris Stevens Miami since it acquired Avatar Real Estate Services in 2017. She played a key role as the firm continued to expand its South Florida footprint through the acquisitions of several high profile offices and teams to grow into one unified brand. At Avatar Real Estate Services, Ingrid had been Operations Manager since its inception in 2002. As a founding member of that brokerage, Ingrid successfully managed the brokerage’s daily operations for 15 years.
Ingrid is an active supporter of Children’s Home Society and The Amigos for Kids Foundation. She volunteers twice or more annually to coordinate the donations and delivery of toys and supplies to the two organizations over the summer and during the holidays.
