Marina is an expert in luxury properties in South Florida. In the county of Miami-Dade she covers downtown Miami, Brickell and Doral as well as the coastal area from Miami Beach all the way to Sunny Isles. In Broward county, where her kids got to school (Westminster Academy), she covers from Fort Lauderdale to Lighthouse Point. Those are the communities where she lives, works, and plays, so she’s able to give her clients a true sense of each neighborhood. She works extensively with investors in commercial and residential real estate. However, her market expertise extends from the shores of Miami Beach to national and international locations.
She offers her clients honesty, integrity, commitment, and trust. Her extensive network of clients, colleagues, and industry influencers has given Marina a solid reputation as a consummate professional. Prior to becoming a real estate advisor, Marina worked for Fortune 500 companies in the insurance and staffing & recruiting industries. When her clients need referrals to other professionals, she has a vast network of contacts to draw from.
Marina is an active member of the community. She is on the Pillar Board of Trustees for the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as chair for the Membership Committee for the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce and as a writer, she contributes to the largest newspaper servicing the Brazilian community in Florida with her monthly real estate column.
Marina has been calling Miami home since 2000. Her personal knowledge of the region means Marina can paint a true picture of the Magic City for her clients. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Originally from Brazil, she came to the U.S. at the age of 17 to attend Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where she graduated with honors in International Affairs with a minor in Economics.
When she is not working, Marina enjoys staying active. She loves paddle boarding, boating Miami’s spectacular waterways, savoring the delicacies of South Florida’s many restaurants, and spending time with her two children.
