Brown Harris Stevens warmly welcomes Realtor® Carlos Fernandez to its Coconut Grove office. A real estate go getter with the focus and determination to succeed, Carlos was driven at a very young age to pursue a real estate career, while simultaneously pursuing advanced studies. A Coral Gables native, he attended Boston College Carroll School of Management while securing and maintaining dual licenses within both Florida and Boston.   
  
An active Real Estate professional, he continued to create and build a pipeline of consumers spanning several states, while earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an Economic concentration and a minor in Hispanic Studies.   
  
Upon graduation, he moved back to Florida and began working for the leading real estate development firm, Terra Group, where he was at the frontline of a diverse mix of multi-million dollar development throughout the South Florida region.  Most notably, Carlos was Instrumental in the development and pre-construction sales of the luxury Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove, working as the firm’s liaison with the Mr. C Hotel/Cipriani Group and the Douglas Elliman Marketing & Sales division. 
  
Today, he applies this same real estate prowess, process management and tactical transaction knowledge as an unparalleled asset to his clients nationally that rely on his expertise to guide them through a diversified portfolio of real estate assets.
