The Navarro Group, including Ray and his wife Leslie, have exceeded $60,000,000 in sales volume in a single year. Some of Navarro's other notable real estate transactions include piecing together a city block of multiple parcels for an individual developer and assisting in the sale and acquisition of investment property for a multi-million dollar commercial project. In addition to intimately understanding the Miami market, Navarro has expanded his area of expertise to the Florida Keys, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Before entering real estate sales, Navarro worked in general construction. At age 18, he went to work for Ceco Steel as a construction foreman. He then went on to build a successful construction career with Witters Construction, Turner Construction and MJM Builders in South Florida.
Navarro's breadth of real estate experience has enabled him to adapt quickly to market fluctuations, capitalizing on the recent downturn by capturing new business through the supervision of bank-owned foreclosures for private investors and banking institutions.
He benefits, too, from working with the U.S. Marshal's office in the 1980s, helping handle government-seized properties and assisting with the organizational process of managing multiple government-seized properties. Drawing on past experience, Navarro recently formed a statewide network of real estate agents and has implemented a proven system that assists in listing REO properties of any type and price level.
