Cindy Jacobs is a real estate professional with Brown Harris Stevens specializing in luxury homes and condominiums on Miami Beach, Miami Shores, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, and Sunny Isles. As a Miami Beach native, born and bred, Cindy has seen firsthand Miami Beach’s evolution over the past four decades and has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
For more than 25 years, Cindy has worked in South Florida as an in-house corporate attorney at several international corporations, as well as a commercial loan officer at several banks. As an attorney and banker, Cindy represented many local and foreign individuals and corporate clients in the purchase, sale, leasing, construction, and financing of residential and commercial properties. She decided to use her legal and banking knowledge to assist buyers and sellers in navigating through the often challenging and intimidating process of the sale/acquisition of real estate; in order to make the transactions as stress free as possible.
Cindy received an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a MBA and JD graduate degree from the University of Miami. While in college and after graduation, Cindy also resided several years in Spain and as a result, is fluent and able to conduct business in Spanish. Cindy is active in various local civic organizations, including the University of Miami School of Business Mentor program, the Miami Beach Bar Association and the Daughters of the American Revolution Biscayne Chapter, and she also sits on the Board of Directors of her neighborhood’s Nautilus Homeowner Association. Cindy is married with a daughter. When not in the Brown Harris Stevens real estate office or working with a client to assist in their purchase or sale of real estate, Cindy can be found on Miami Beach enjoying what the island life in the Tropics has to offer.
