Donna Jordan heads Bayshore Grove Management's property management and leasing operations. Ms. Jordan has twenty-five years experience in the office building and residential community management and leasing industry for various impendent and institutional owners including RMS Partners, Cardinal Management LLC, Travelers Insurance Company, Met Life and the Government of Singapore Investment Company (GIC).
During her tenure with these companies, she led numerous acquisition and disposition ventures. Today, she is directly responsible for the accounting, financial, day-to-day operations, leasing, sales, construction, and condominium management of the commercial portfolio for Bayshore Grove Management.
Ms. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Louisiana with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration – major finance. She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson with Brown Harris Stevens Avatar and holds the designation of Real Property Administrator.
Ms. Jordan is a certified instructor for BOMI helping students obtain various real estate designations such as SMA, RPA, and FMA. She has been employed by Bayshore Grove Management LLC since formation of the company. She resides in Coconut Grove, Florida
