Chris Blackman is Broker-Associate that has held a Florida brokers’ license for over 30 years. He has extensive experience developing and marketing major Florida real estate projects. These projects include The Moorings of Vero Beach and Grand Harbor, a 900-acre golf, tennis and boating community in Vero Beach.
In 1995, Chris moved to Key Biscayne to join The Ocean Club development team, overseeing an 802-unit exclusive oceanfront lifestyle community. Chris’s and his team sold out all 802 condominiums in seven years for a total of $650 million. Following completion of The Ocean Club, Ocean Club Realty located in the Ocean Club Tennis center specialized in the resale and rental of Ocean Club and Key Biscayne properties. Chris and his family have been residents of The Ocean Club since 1997 and has extensive knowledge on the property for helping both buyers and sellers.
In June of 2016 Ocean Club Realty joined forces with Brown Harris Stevens (BHS). BHS was founded in 1873 and is a market leader in Luxury real estate in New York City, The Hamptons, Palm Beach and Miami.
